As a sister company to CES Consultants, CES Construction was founded in 2018 to deliver complete construction solutions. Our founder, Rudy M. Ortiz, PE, CGC, formally organized CES Construction to provide integrated design-build and general contracting services. Prior to its establishment, all construction projects were completed through CES Consultants’ Construction Division. Today, both CES companies operate from their state-of-the-art facilities in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Orlando. All construction work has been performed under Rudy’s State of Florida Certified General Contractor’s License No. 1512966.
